Waters have stopped rising but I've not heard if they crested above the main floor level.

Good news. Water stopped 8 12/ inches below the main floor. They're waiting for waters to drop a bit to begin pumping and damage evaluations.

According to the Schoenstein folks, the console, blowers and static reservoirs are under water. Also lost are the hall's concert grand Steinways.

That's the one. Except for the 32' Bourdon, the organ is high off of the floor level. The bigger problem can be mold/mildew issues that get into the mechanisms due to the blowing plant and static lines being submerged in filthy flood waters.

It does have a 32' diaphone. There was a very nice article about it in the "Diapason" by Jack Bethards. It sounds like a rarety, a new organ designed to go with an orchestra.
