I have no information regarding this but the NPOR (National Pipe Organ Register) will have a stoplist.
I have heard the organ in a recording with Peter Hurford (Bach) - a double Decca CD of Bach's great organ works.
I believe the organ is a good example of the baroque revival - its stoplist will probably reflect that.

Here is the specification for the organ of New College, Oxford, built in 1969 by Grant, Deegens and Bradbeer.
It is a fine instrument indeed, and possibly one of the more successful ne-baroque instruments of the period.
