From my knowledge, the antiphonal is in the back of the church when there is a main organ in the front.

Yes,
Almost every organ in France! [:D]
(although strictly speaking, they are not "antiphonal" organs; rather, "orgues du choeur")
Following French tradition, qute a few Canadian organs are set up this way. Montreal has quite a few large & interesting Casavants with this layout.
