We have a 1950's vintage Moller. On G# or A above middle C on the swell, when you play either note on any stop, both will sound. It did this for a couple of weeks, then was ok for a couple of weeks before it started again. I thought at first maybe a paper clip, but where the key contacts are it would be impossible for a paper clip or coin to cause this. I don't have a clue if it's a problem in the console or in the organ chamber -- a relay or something. Any thoughts, anyone?

Jazcam,
Until more experienced people weigh in, I'll float a response.
First, rule out the obvious--and it sounds like you're trying with the paperclip theory. I have a couple of more questions too. Does the issue present itself on all stops or only one stop? If stops from the Swell are coupled to the Great, does the problem exist there too?
By answering these questions, you can rule out whether the issue exists in the keying system or in the pipe chambers.
Hope that helps.

It could be electrical or there is a very remote chance that it caused by an air bleed from one primary note to another - but only if they are chromatic chests. Mollers are usually whole tone chests. There are any number of places where a couple pins could have gotten pushed together at junction points. Unless you are willing to trace the circuit path from key to primary, call in the pros. I hope you have this organ serviced regularly and aren't one of those people who only have it serviced when it becomes unbearable. I serviced a Wicks a couple years ago and it hadn't had any attention for nearly fifteen years. Their bill was in the thousands instead of the usual hundreds.
