I'm fairly certain check out the Facebook page their is a video of him playing the piece. Micheal Ball is a good organist, Peter comes over every once an while and plays for them.
    Instruments:
    22/8 Button accordion.

Thank you for the correction. I guesses it would certainly be possible.

        I believe it's Stephen Ball.

While I'm not keen on "adding" a pedal line to a pre-existing manuals-only piece, I don't usually have too much problem with using the pedal division to augment the sound of the manual parts, eg. letting the pedal duplicate the bass line for cadences or certain passages that could enjoy extra "oomph".

I once watched a YouTube video about historic organ playing in Italy. Someone asked why the organs had pedals, yet no pedal part was written. The clinician basically said that you could play the last two bass notes (indicating the final cadence) on the pedals, at your discretion.

In any case, the addition of pedal should never impede the natural flavor of the manual parts. If it does, leave it out.

In this case Iwouldn't be surprised if the pedal line is original. French harmoniums intended for the more serious work did have pedals.
