I am trying to find out what happened to a 1929 organ build by M P Moller, Opus 5545. I installed this organ in 1979 in the chapel of the Wesley Foundation at Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. The instrument had two previous homes in California. I continued to tune and maintain the organ periodically for a few years but in the late 1980s or perhaps early 1990s a new campus pastor decided to get rid of the organ. I heard that it may have gone to San Antonio somewhere but that's all I know.
The opus listing at savetheorgan.org has two entries for this instrument. One is the original location in Berkley, CA and the other listing is for the installation I performed in College Station, TX. The current location is not listed. At the time I did the installation, there was also a rank of trumpets that had been added previously. I can't remember the opus number for that added rank. I just remember that it was different and that the stop tab on the console for the trumpet was clearly added as well.
Does anyone have knowledge of where the instrument is now? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
