Moller Portable Organs- looking for any information, literature, etc.

Hello everyone.

I'm new here. I'm also the new owner/caretaker of a Moller portable organ.

Google brought me to a few posts on the Organ Forum about them. Mine is
a mystery but I do know the previous owner has taken good care of it, and
kept it in a climate-controlled environment. It is a Moller portable, that is
certain. The console and pipe cabinet are separate. Beyond that I'm not sure.

I have contacted Organ Historical Society's Archivist Bynum Petty. In the O.H.S's
Library and Archives resides a wealth of Moller information, so I am hoping that
with an opus number, even a "stock" instrument such as mine could be referenced.
From what little information I can glean regarding them, they are outstanding practice
and residential instruments, of 2 1/2 to 12 ranks, with pipe cabinets that can be moved
in a residence with reasonable effort, and best of all, are wind-driven. Some feature a
roll player mechanism (interestingly called "Artiste" as well...). Some variants like the
"Classique" have the same features as the Artiste model, but leave off the swell shade/
expression features of the latter, and a "Double Artiste" incorporates two pipe cabinets
to carry up to 12 ranks. One "Double" I have found featured on YouTube has a full set of
Deagan chimes as well! These amenities would make for an outstanding residence organ,
which I hope to do, with my Moller.

If any here has experience with, currently or has owned, or has literature and documentation
to Moller portable organs, I kindly ask your association and help. Sales literature would be greatly
appreciated as well, especially if it features the Moller in residential settings.

My opus number is 8333. I think this Artiste was a practice instrument, and had its pipes chambered with expression shades
in a practice room. Thank you, Michael.
