Dear Friends --
Below is a "generic" email that I sent to both Klann and Peterson who are currently closed until the first week of 2018.
The message below is the one Peterson received.
Please advise me as best you can. I know that we have some professional pipe organ technicians on this Forum.
Many thanks and may a blest 2018 be upon you!

I am glad to have your product literature and price list.
Please advise me regarding your pipe valves.
I have a 4-rank wind chest that was built by Donald Kohles in the 1960s.
The chest is of good quality but it has the older Klann electric valve actions.
I am in need of replacing all of the old actions with your new pipe valves.
The chest is compact and the existing 1960s Klann valves are somewhat crowded.
My main concern is this: Will your pipe valves fit in the same tight spaces as the old Klann actions?
Of course, you cannot say without seeing the inside of the chest. I am hoping that with your vast experience in the industry, you might at least have an educated guess.
I plan to have this work done by a skilled pipe organ technician.
I have a few of your newer pipe valves on hand from a previous project with Donald Kohles about 20 years ago. This chest with your pipe valves has performed flawlessly.
The pipe valve is a # 60482 with a 1-inch pallet.
Please advise me accordingly.
With gratitude and kind regards,
