A bit of a question that might fit with VPO question viewers. A very old Hauptwerk organ is the Skinner of St. Mary Mt Carmel in Chicago. I've had it for some years now. I got it because it is a sister to the Skinner at my church (the Church of the Wesley Foundation at the University of Illinois). They are both 1925 birth years. I was going to contact them and see if they were doing anything for the organ's cenntenial. It appears the church is closed. Anyone have a clue of what is happening to a nice Skinner?

It looks like Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Chicago is still active and open as far as I know. Take a look at their website:
https://ourlmc.org
It's not St Mary's of Mount Carmel, IL, which is another church, but also appears to be open:

There was a St. Mary of Mount Carmel in Chicago that closed, but that's not the organ that was sampled for MDA's set.
MDA's site says clearly it's the organ of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Chicago that was sampled:

Current: Allen 225 RTC, W. Bell reed organ, Lowrey TGS, Singer upright grand
Former: Yamaha E3R

Interesting and elating that it survives. I lived on the South side of Chicago and knew of the St Mary's that was on South 67th street and Wood Street. I was assuming that the South Side church was the home of the Skinner. Thanks for your response
