Including the ones under the sub base
I found a hook on the front under the keyboard fascia.
    What did I forget?

It looks like you haven't removed the keyboard or the upper action in your organ. If it's anything like my Hinners, you'll probably need to completely disassemble everything by taking one layer off at a time (starting with the stop action, keyboard, and then upper action) to remove the reed pan as there are many hidden screws that you can't otherwise get to. There may also be screws coming up through the top of the bellows into the bottom of the reed pan which may hold it to the foundation board.
