I have just signed up for this forum and look forward to learning a great deal about pump organs. I have just been given a Wilcox and White Organ Co. pump organ that is in fairly rough shape on the outside. The manufacturer's information inside indicates it was manufactured in 1894. Is there any place I can find out more about this particular organ. Specifically I would like to find pictures or details of it to determine what is missing. It plays is about all I know right now. Thanks for any help.

Visit www.reedsoc.org (the Reed Organ Society) and click the database links and search up Wilcox & White; actually, you just have to type wilcox. That will bring up a lot of examples of reed organs by that builder. The Gellerman database will have scans of catalog pages;both db's have all the available serial number data.
