the torsion type bellow spring on my estey spinet reed organ fell out and is very high tension. How would I put it back in ?

If you're talking about a small portable type estey, unscrew the wooden block between the bellows that holds both bellows springs, then with the tension off, insert the loose spring end. Next, carefully hold down the wooden block in its place, keeping everything together, and screw it down. You'd need to turn the organ upside-down to work on it.
