Looks like a computer interface of some kind. Old printer port or RS232, something like that. If so, should be easy to get the plug you need. Or, as part of the restoration/rebuild, you could replace with a multi-way plug and socket of your own choice. It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.

that is awesome...maybe someone midi'ed it or something with that wierd input to plug into a Kurzwiel or something????, I had a cheap knockoff on that back in the 70's that never worked right....neither did my left hand, 2 bands used the Fenders for bass, the Doors and Edward Bear iirc1956 M3, 51 Leslie Young Chang spinet, Korg Krome and Kronos

if you open it up it likely has tuning pots (see a bunch in your one picture), Hammonds are locked to 60HZ (or 50HZ rest of the world) by design unless issues , unlikely on an M3 unless you are running on a generator, older gear tended to drift, sometimes badly.1956 M3, 51 Leslie Young Chang spinet, Korg Krome and Kronos
