I checked out your second vid, the missing notes seem unrealted, so again I suspect resistance wires inside the manual loom have corroded through. The only other fault is the drawbars will need cleaned. A VERY easy job, it involves removing the rail with the tabs and then opening the drawbar enclosure and cleaning and relubing.
If you feel like a little DIY, let me know and we'll dig out the procedures for cleaning drawbars, repairing the manual looms and cleaning the gooey foam out of there.
The job inside the manuals is not HARD on a T series but it will take an evening or two and will need some space to spread out, so you can put all the layers you remove within reach.
I'd recommend doing the Carsten Meyer mod for the percussion too. I love the reiterating Banjo sound though! I've got a Mike Oldfield show which has a very similar sound on it as an effect in quite a classy way (though it's syncopated), and of course, a fistful of those notes gives you an Authentic "Six Million Dollar Man" arm action sound.
