  • Hammond T-212 spinet pedals and cymbal/brushes

Hello, I have been seeing alot about the T212 spinet. I acquired one of these and all the manuals and presets and drawbars work. What doesn't work is about half of the bass pedals and the cymbal/brush box on the lower right cheekblock. I flipped it on it's back and got to the pedals and tried to deoxit the contacts, but couldn't really get to them. Does anyone have a link to the service manual? I was also wondering if it is easiest to label all the wires on the amplifier and pull the amp/pedal assembly out in one piece to get at the pedals. Is it easiest to do this on the organ's back/ side/ front/ etc.

Second does the cymbal/brush feature have common problems? I get nothing?

I got this organ for free also and was going to take the leslie out for a guitar rig, then found there was little wrong with it and I really like the harsh sound of it thru my
LCP into my leslie 900u via the headphone jack. This organ does not "sound" like my other Hammonds, I also was amused by the sheet of insulation instead of a board under the twg. Cheapness was a Hammond Evolution. I'll probally put in someone's house or space so there is one there if I ever go over to jam, or give away if anyone is around Fredericksburg Va and wants one.
