ANOTHER Hammond Elegante STICKING LOWER MANUAL NOTES C2 THRU G3 HELP!

We meet again OrganFourm...

I've done it this time, I just bought a Model 340112 (Ornate cabinet style) Hammond Elegante and a (ugh) Leslie 700 (really want a 710!) This time however IT WORKS! (unlike my first Elegante that I posted about in February, which I have used for parts!) It came pretty rough, a lot of Windex, Lemon Pledge, and elbow grease, and she is golden as she was in 1981. at least, on the outside. I have fixed the barely audible percussion, bright percussion, dodgy Mercotacs (still need two for internal and the 700) and the keyclick. but I still have a major dilemma, c2 through g3 "sustain" as if lower sustain is on, but it isn't. I cleaned the key contacts, and even swapped Lower manuals with my 340107 that wouldn't produce any sound. it still the same problem. heres what I think could be wrong (I am NOT a Hammond tech by the way, I just swapped boards)

Easy Play board, or control tabs (one finger chord seems to affect it a little..)

something DEEP in the keying, I hope not, I could try to find someone who knows about these 'ol moody LSI organs, hopefully.

well any help is appreciated, BTW it sounds phenomenal on the upper manual, percussion is crisp and sharp, strings bring tears, and that heavy thro-wo-wo-wob of two rotosonics hurling away.

It sounds too good to give up.

When you say "sustain" do you mean the normal type of sustain where the note slowly fades away or the note continues to play when released as if "memory" tab is on.

as in the memory tab is down, stuck until you press a key outside of the range

The memory tab switches -14 volts to pin 7 of IC 6 on the Ease-of-Play board. (547)
It enters the board on pin 11 of connector 664.
I suggest starting there to make sure the memory tab is switching between -14 and ground and there is a change at pin 7 of IC6 through R30 (100k)

Thanks a lot Dave! I swapped out the entire E.O.P. board with the one from my 340107, and it works perfectly like it's still 1981. Now, about those Mercotacs, I am thinking about finding either a Leslie 720 with no more mercotacs, or an 815, or even a HL722, any 11 pin 2 rotor Leslie to service the 11 pin out on the Elegante, that 9 pin 700 has had it, I think the female end of the Mercotac is worn out and bent in the drum. I really want an upper treble horn anyway! IDK why this organ has a 9 pin connector kit, I could get a 710 though.
