  • M-100 Fast Decay Percussion Tab pressed in halfway

    Hello,
I noticed when using percussion if I put the fast decay tab in the halfway position (not all the way down, and not all the way up) I get a a pronounced louder percussion sound than any other way. Any other M-100 players out there notice this?
    Thanks

Now try that with the drawbars on 0.You've eliminated the decay resistor and have gone 'paradise' on the non-decay.......
depending where the perc vol tab is set corresponds to either the 2 2/3' or 2' drawbar sounding at '4' or '8' on the drawbar.

Now if they only had a levitation setting so I could get it down to the open stage. My old synths just aren't cutting it anymore! Thank you for the replies.

Many of us gig with larger model Hammonds than yours - it's really not difficult once you work out a good moving technique and get a set of dollies.
