Hey everyone. I recently acquired a Hammond C3 Organ with a 21h Leslie and the volume is about half as loud as it should be. The Normal/Soft volume switch works, the expression pedal works. I changed the tubes in both the Leslie and the Hammond and still nothing has changed. I also tested the Leslie on another Hammond and it was screaming as loud as it should be. I assume that means my problem is somewhere within the Hammond, I just don't know where to go from here or what else I should be looking for. Caps? Please help!

Congratulations on your acquisition and welcome, I would start with the easy stuff. Check the pre-amp drive level. It is possible it has been turned down to preserve Leslie drivers.
Note - instructions say open up to1 turn. If this doesn't do it, then I would start checking voltages.
