Congratulations on finding your dream organ, (Until the next one) and while there have been many Prestige, if it is this one https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...9bogaJpcf25ECN then enjoy the videos.
You may also wish to check your sound system, as the Yamaha ELX-1 & Prestige sound completely different.
Happy playing

I owned an ELX-1 for a year. Different yes but the quality, presence, and richness of the sound of the ELX-1 is hard to beat. Playing one is a chore for a non-professional though. The Prestige sound is great and you push a button and BINGO you have the next great setup. I am one of the people that is a Lowrey target profile. Worth every penny.

The Pan Flute on the Prestige is fine, if not spectacular, but to be honest, a good Pan Flute sound probably has a lot more to do with the player than the voice itself. You need to play the sound like the player would, phrasing it as the player might, following the lyrics and allowing the player to breathe, of course. And you'll find that you'll be playing less legato than you normally would. Use dynamics with the expression pedal to shape the line of the melody, and use the glide pedal to put in some semitone bends - but with discretion.
A good player can make an OK pan flute sound more realistic than a poor player with the very best pan flute samples at their fingertips. Bottom line? Listen to the real thing and try to copy it - then plenty of practice! :)
It's not what you play. It's not how you play. It's the fact that you're playing that counts.
Always wanted to ask you: what skills do you find most important to be developed by the enthusiastic but time and talent constraint home organ player? So, in other words, what should one spend time on most? I find, practicing of everything a bit has helped but probably not as much as if I had had a clear focus on something.
