On some Technics models this works: while the organ is powered off hold down the three left most/lowest buttons in the rhythm section while switching on. On the EN3 this looks like it would be 8 Beat, Rock and 16 Beat 1.
On the EN3 the reset (initial) function is on the programming section to the right of the lower manual. If you select the initial function the display will change and give you the option of resetting various individual items or all of the functions.
As seamaster says in his post, most Technics products can also be reset using the rhythm buttons.
But, I have a little problem that I can not solve. Here, I would like that when I select a bass tone, it does not change at the start of the title I will play.:(
Example:
I select the first bass button on the left, that is to say "Organ". When the song starts, with "Auto Play-Chord" "Memory Fingered 2" in use, the selected bass tone automatically switches to "Electric". If I manually return to the "Organ" position, I can continue to play the current song with this bass sound. However, is there a trick to keep the bass sound on "Organ"?

On Technics organs when you select auto play chord …..fingered one or two, the organ automatically selects a bass sound that’s appropriate for the particular accompaniment. You select march, the bass will be tuba, you select a pop style the bass will be bass guitar. They would have been programmed as part of the accompaniment. You can only have a different bass sound if you play the pedals yourself and switch fingered off. You can still have the accompaniment playing but there is no bass until you play the pedals, with whatever sound you like.
However, it is possible to edit the existing rhythm patterns in the „Composer“ (see organ‘s user manual) and change the instruments assigned to bass and acc1,2,… there and store the style as a user style with another FIXED bass sound.
This is a tedious work, but is a possible work around as far as I can remember.
I own a different organ now, and use that quite often as a simple way to change the characteristics of a style. E.g. switching from e-piano to a real piano in the style.

On the Technics EN and GN series you can only edit the main rhythm pattern….not the fill ins or the intro and ending; so although technically you could change the bass sound by copying the pattern into a composer area, as soon as you press fill ins or intro and ending the bass sound would change back. It wasn’t until the GA and EA models that you could edit the whole style. Also with the EN3 if you don’t have the optional floppy disk drive to save the patterns, they would be lost when you turn the organ off.
