It had the noise/vibration from hard grommets. Worked perfect, no problems,just noisy. I replaced the grommets and managed to not lose the belt off the speaker pulley and considered myself a hero. However, motor now seems weak. It will not start on slow, and fast cant get up to speed. Like a genius, I put the back on before testing. Before I dig again, are there suggestions as to what I should look for? I plan to check the slow motor adjustmemt to the rubber wheel and belt tension. Any other ideas?
