I recently acquired a used XB3 organ, complete with pedal board and leslie speaker. The unit has to be moved every now and then for performances, and the first few times things went off without a hitch. However, after reassembling the organ in this last move a problem has developed with the lesli kick switch on the expression pedal. It no longer seems to activate the speed change on the leslie. through some experimentation I have found that if I kick it the outer direction (take my foot to the left of the expression pedal and kick right) it still activates. I'm puzzled as to what could cause this inverted polarity. I had some people helping during this last move who were not always under my direct observation. Is it possible that getting that knocked would throw the switch off? More importantly what are my options for repairing or replacing it. Please chime in if you have any thoughts on the issue or have experienced it before. Thanks in advance!

More likely there's a reverse polarity switch on the back of the organ that was accidently switched during the move. That's surprisingly common!
