I have an intermittent problem with my 62 A100. I get a "bass" crosstalk sometimes, that is when I play the higher registers there is an underlying bass tone, not present when no keys are pressed, and not present unless drawbars are pulled out. If I reach around and move the wiring harness attached to the Ao28, it goes away! I'm assuming its some kind of grounding issue, but I'm hoping the collective wisdom of this forum will save me some frustrating diagnostic disassembly. Ideas? Thanks in advance.

Check your preset panel for loose connections. Follow all high impedance wires back from matching transformers.
My '63 has a little extra crosstalk like your '62,some can be eliminated by making sure the 6 fasteners on your TWG that hold
down the filter tray are secure.....A100/251 A100/147 A102/222 B2/142 BV/147 BCV/145 M3/145 M102/145 M111/770 L101/760 T222/HL722 M111/770 no B3/C3!

Saltspring Island on Aug 8,private wedding with local 'Islanders' as the band.
It's always fun with Brent Shindell, Valdy, Bill Henderson, and many others.... Vancouver Island?
Last July in Parksville with The Zimmermen was my only gig over there in years.
I'm at Blue Frog tomorrow with Mud Bay Blues Band for the CD release 'Colebrook Road',the 5th CD from them,
for you 'mainlanders'.......sold out.
Hope you can eliminate the crosstalk. Those filter tray fasteners are critical.Go over the individual filter fasteners as well.
Emery cloth/COMPRESSED AIR(careful)/De-Oxit will clean ABOVE and BELOW those main 6 screw locations while you tidy it up.Good grounding is imperative.
Once heard of a roaded B3 with all 6 main tray screws missing, that travelled without the TWG being restrained. My trusted source said it
hummed badly....who am I to doubt him.

Blue Frog last night......WOW.
No wonder artists want to perform here.
The sound and atmosphere are like Austin City Limits.....
Kudos to Kelly,Pat and everyone there,my A100/147/Nord never sounded better.:-)
Given the choice of using the Yamaha G3 piano.....I opted for the 'Bright Grand' Stage 2 full size version.
Turns out that set of sounds is a Yamaha G3.....go figure.
The Nord stand weighs 400 pounds.:->A100/251 A100/147 A102/222 B2/142 BV/147 BCV/145 M3/145 M102/145 M111/770 L101/760 T222/HL722 M111/770 no B3/C3!

Sorry for hijacking your thread CJ.......sometime we'll have a four fisted session, like Doug Johnson and me used to play live back in the day......:->
Joey,
Your response says it all.....
One of the engineers at Little Mountain from 'back in the day' handled the FOH at the concert.
Pat Glover has worked with Joe Walsh,Paul Rogers, and dotes on me whenever he's 'on the gig'.
He was assistant engineer on 'Fear Of Flying' Hometown Band 1977 Juno Award winner...
Robbie King? Are you kidding? ......the drummer I worked with for over twenty years is Geoff Eyre.....
Roger from Heart loves Pat too......A100/251 A100/147 A102/222 B2/142 BV/147 BCV/145 M3/145 M102/145 M111/770 L101/760 T222/HL722 M111/770 no B3/C3!
